Rental Terms & Conditions

Please review the following terms before completing your reservation with Pistil Events.

Rental Period
All floral installations include a standard 4-hour rental period. Additional rental time is available for $50 per hour and must be requested in advance.

Delivery, Setup & Teardown
Delivery, professional setup, and teardown are included for locations within a 15-mile radius. Events outside this area may incur an additional delivery fee, which will be quoted prior to booking.

Venue Access
The client is responsible for ensuring the venue is accessible during the scheduled delivery and pickup times. Any delays that impact setup or teardown may result in additional fees.

Care of Rental Items
All floral installations remain the property of Pistil Events. Clients are responsible for ensuring rental items are treated with care and are not moved, altered, or damaged during the rental period.

Damage or Loss
The client accepts responsibility for any excessive damage, loss, or theft of rental items during the rental period. Repair or replacement costs may be charged as necessary.

Weather
Outdoor installations are subject to weather conditions. Pistil Events reserves the right to recommend alternative placement or modifications to protect the integrity of the installation.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be made in writing. Any applicable refunds or credits will be determined according to the terms outlined in your booking agreement.

Photography
Unless otherwise requested in writing, Pistil Events reserves the right to photograph completed installations for portfolio, website, and social media use.
